Job Summary

The Recruiting HR (Fresher) will support the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while following company hiring policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and candidates.
  • Communicate interview feedback and next steps to candidates.
  • Assist in salary discussions as per company guidelines.
  • Prepare and share offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
  • Follow up with selected candidates for joining and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Ability to screen resumes and assess basic suitability.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.

Tools & Software

  • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • MS Excel, MS Word, Email.
  • HRMS/ATS (if applicable).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of positions closed within timelines.
  • Quality of shortlisted candidates.
  • Interview coordination efficiency.
  • Candidate joining ratio.
  • Accuracy of recruitment data and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
