Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team. This role requires making 80 to 100 calls per day to screen and source suitable candidates for various job openings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to source and screen candidates for open positions. Understand client requirements and job descriptions. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain and update candidate database (Excel/CRM). Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / telecalling / BPO / sales (Freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.
