HR Recruiter (Female)

We are currently seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by assisting in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process for new hires, maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various HR projects and initiatives while providing general administrative support to the HR department. To be successful in this role, you should have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and you must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will also be key to excelling in this position. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Kochi, Kerala before starting work. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location will be in person at Kochi, Kerala.
