This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on boarding new hires. The Assistant Manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. Co-ordinate with AGM HR , GM & Zonals Managers to understand job requirements and create accurate and compelling job descriptions. Use various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events like Naukri.com, Apna , Indeed etc. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Implement talent pipelining strategies to proactively address future staffing needs. Should have experience in Handling a team of 4+ Recruiters. Promote the companys employer brand through effective communication and outreach. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collect and act on candidate feedback to improve the recruitment experience. Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers and finance to determine appropriate compensation packages. Preferred Qualifications: Qualification MBA HR or Relevant Experience in NON IT Recruitment .
