Job Title: Human Resources (HR)

Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, employee relations, and performance management. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and that the organization’s HR policies are effectively implemented and adhered to.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.

Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring that orientation and necessary paperwork are completed.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, and conduct investigations when necessary.

Provide guidance and support on HR policies, ensuring consistent application across the organization.

Implement and administer performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple HR tasks and processes.

Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain employee trust.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).

Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
