Job Responsibilities:

Manage full life cycle of recruitment process for both the client and candidate
Coordinate interviews with hiring manager and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required
Ensure a good turn-up to line-up ratio with a minimum of 40% conversion rate.
Preparing candidates for interview with clients
Participate in drives and other hiring events
Should be able to release offers in a timely manner.
Should be able to work within stringent timelines and on monthly targets
Responsible for post-offer management
Ensure documentation is completed according to the company policy
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting-related questions and concerns
Prepare and share reports / updated data (MIS) on a regular / daily basis
Able to hire resources on Contract/3rd Party

What you will need to succeed:

The candidate must have BPO hiring experience

1+ years of experience in recruiting
Excellent spoken / written English communication skills
Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals, and referrals.
Have experience in hiring IT profiles
Education: MBA (HR) preferably
Articulate / Strong presentation skills
