POSITION  - HR RECRUITER CUM ACCOUNTANT EXPERIENCE   - 4+ Years VACANCY – 1 SALARY – 18K TO 25K Responsibilities ·       Manage recruitment ·       On-boarding, and employee relations processes. ·       Handle employee payroll and benefits administration. ·       Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports. ·       Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes. ·       Ensure compliance with HR and financial regulations. ·       Support training and development initiatives for employees. ·       Coordinate performance evaluations and employee feedback processes. Qualifications ·       Experience in both HR management and accounting. ·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. ·       Strong understanding of HR and financial regulations. ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·       Attention to detail and organizational skills. ·       Proficiency HR work related application and accounting software.
