Job Title: Recruiter (Contractual Role) Work Location: Doddaballapur Work from Office Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for non-IT roles in the manufacturing sector. If you have a passion for recruitment and experience in handling end-to-end hiring processes, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networking). End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from initial screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and track hiring metrics. Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment , preferably in the manufacturing sector . Skills: Strong sourcing skills, ability to screen and assess candidates effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Must-Have: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
