Role & responsibilities Your pri-mary responsibilities will include executing social media strategies, managing daily tasks, providing backend support, and monitoring activities to ensure a seamless online experi-ence for our audience. This role requires advanced knowledge of social media management tools, expertise in social media best practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan and manage posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity and objectives. Operational Support: Provide overall operational support for social media activities, en-suring the smooth functioning of all processes and workflows. Backend Support: Utilize tools like Hootsuite for backend management, scheduling, and analytics. Maintain a high level of proficiency in Hootsuite to efficiently manage our social media presence. YouTube Management: Oversee the upload process on YouTube, including the manage-ment of captions and other necessary features to enhance engagement and accessibility. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor activity on social media channels and across plat-forms. Provide support for social media reporting, analyzing key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with global and international stakehold-ers, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and objectives. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in all aspects of social media man-agement, including content, scheduling, and analytics. Reliability and Availability: Maintain high reliability and availability. Be prepared to ad-dress urgent issues and respond to inquiries promptly. Preferred candidate profile 4+ years experience in handling social media accounts and providing data insights required. Should have excellent communication skills.
