Job Description

Role & responsibilities You will be part of the Global Business Services HR team with your L&D counterparts but work day-to-day with the Global Recruiting organization and the Global Recruiting Operations team. As part of this role you will: Support the development of the Learning & Development strategy for the Global Talent Acquisition function and the setup of role-specific training development plans Engage with the technology transformation to support Run the Business of the ATS/CRM tools (Eightfold & ICIMS) o Ability to learn and comprehend the Eightfold and iCIMS platform o Facilitating/moderating workshops across a global audience o Create on-demand training content Convert the Learning & Development strategy into content modules on Social Talent (Recruitment specific training tool), or other learning platforms Design learning paths within Social Talent, LAB, Edcast or other learning platforms of choice, for all roles and levels of expertise Continuously enhance and improve Recruiting training portfolio & learning paths in collaboration with training participants, managers and the vendor to satisfy identified training needs and close training gaps Understanding of L&D from a competency framework perspective knowledge of role/skill based learning journeys Closely collaborate with any external vendors and partners to deliver tailored training programs and courses; manage relation & conduct negotiations Near-term, integrate Social Talent content (or other) into Edcast platform Engage with the external vendor on creating and executing Textio (tool to enable inclusive language in job descriptions) adoption & engagement Manage and monitor the annual Recruiting Learning & Development dashboard Create communications for training programs through SFMC and regularly provide feedback through training feedback surveys Schedule trainings, send calendar invites and track learning hours Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in Recruiting/TA would a plus Instructional design from a content management perspective Technology savvy Collaborative mindset Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, SABA, Digital Collaboration tools (e.g. Trello, Slack, Sharepoint); Data analytics skills preferred Compelling, cogent, creative communication, in writing and in live and virtual settings, across different cultures Working with disparate and unstructured data to analyze and present learning trends and impact in an insightful way Organizing and prioritizing work, with high attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines and maintain focus, even in unique or ambiguous situations Perks and benefits upto 12 LPA Meenakshi Dixit meenakshi_dixit@persolkelly.com www.persolkelly.co.in ------------------------------- CONFIDENTIAL NOTE: By submitting your resume or personal data, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to our Privacy Policy .
