Looking to hire for experienced recruiter for a RPO role specializing in catering to NON-IT roles. Experience - 2 to 4 years in NON-IT contract roles Location - Gurgaon Period 6 Months Job Responsibilities: Source CVs from a variety of platforms, including job boards, recruitment agencies, direct applications, referrals, and social networks, to build a strong talent pool for open positions. • Schedule interviews with both local and global hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication between candidates and managers regarding interview schedules and any changes. • Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to gather required documents, manage offer preparation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Maintain and actively update a talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring needs across all vacant roles. • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant platforms, providing insights on progress and candidate status. Specialized Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking. • Highly organized and detail-oriented multitasker, adept at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
