HR Recruiter (Contractual) Role

Job Summary

HR Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and plan recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms
  • Source potential candidates through databases, networking, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications; conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage candidate communication and provide a high-quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-fill
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and ATS platforms
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is a plus


Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for technical, sales, or leadership roles
  • Knowledge of Boolean search and passive sourcing strategies
  • Exposure to data-driven recruitment and analytics
