As an HR Recruiter at Ikyam Solutions, an SAP Gold Partner with a decade of expertise in automation and digital resilience, your role will involve the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, maintain recruitment data, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will be expected to network to identify talent pools and stay updated on recruitment trends.
