Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage relationships with prospective employees for future hiring needs.
Work with external recruitment agencies when necessary to fill specialized roles.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [IT/Non - IT].
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
Knowledge of employer branding techniques and social recruiting.
Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent (optional but preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
