Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand manpower requirements by collaborating with department heads. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to evaluate candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a database of active and passive candidates. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. 2. Onboarding & Induction Roll out offer letters and ensure pre-joining documentation is complete. Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees. Liaise with IT/Admin teams for joining day preparations (systems, ID cards, emails). Maintain onboarding checklists and collect feedback from new hires. Ensure seamless integration of new employees into the company culture. 3. Reporting & MIS Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio. Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for the HR Head/Management. Maintain recruitment dashboards and update hiring status regularly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
