Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization. Your role will involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, and staying updated on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, offer negotiation, and on-boarding - Build and maintain talent pipelines by sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms and professional networks - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and job descriptions - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain databases, and generate reports - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to inform recruitment strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency - Experience in working at Web3 industry and handling non-tech role hiring - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders - Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities to manage recruitment projects effectively Additional Company Details: N/A Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
