Role Overview: You will be responsible for the hiring of forklift operators and other factory line staff. Your role will involve end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workers across departments and managing factory line hiring processes to meet production needs. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment operations and lead database management for efficient candidate tracking and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Hiring of forklift operators and other factory line staff - End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workers across departments - Managing factory line hiring processes to meet production needs - Overseeing recruitment operations along with lead database management for efficient candidate tracking and follow-up Qualification Required: - Prior experience in recruiting for blue-collar positions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in database management and candidate tracking systems Company Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Additional Information: The job type is full-time with day and morning shifts.
