Role Overview

We are seeking a Hiring HR who will manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely coordination, candidate management, and smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals.

• Screen candidates based on gender, location, salary fitment, communication, and domain knowledge.

• Maintain and upload accurate candidate data

• Share meeting links, conduct assessments, and update feedback

• Inform candidates of selection/rejection after every stage.

• Schedule HR, Technical, Office Visit, and Final rounds and ensure managers upload feedback.

• Coordinate salary negotiation with Seniors and confirm coach, reporting manager, client location, and salary.

• Send salary details for approval and update the progress section

• Send confirmation mail, initiate BGV, generate employee ID, share credentials, issue offer letter, and track acceptance.

• Manage system allocation mail, upload candidate details and send onboarding mail with DOJ.
