Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from identifying potential candidates to on boarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to attract top talent aligned with our company’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding).
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
· Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) and employee referrals.
· Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.
· Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Handle offer negotiation, pre-joining formalities, and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding.
· Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
· Support employer branding initiatives and career events (job fairs, campus drives, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
