Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end

    recruitment

    : job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with departments.
  • Manage smooth and timely

    onboarding

    of new hires, including documentation and induction.
  • Oversee day-to-day

    HR operations

    including attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Prior experience in the

    education or skill development

    sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
