Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Placement Coordinator to assist in organizing and managing the placement process for our students. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and be eager to build relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making Salary and Attendance Sheet
• Managing end to end recruitment for company requirements
• Monitoring Log In Timing of Employees
• Drafting Appointment and joining letter of New Joiners
• Assist in coordinating placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies and hiring partners.
• Guide students on resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Maintain and update student placement records and job opportunities.
• Promote placement opportunities through social media, emails, and institute networks.
• Handle student queries regarding job applications and internships.
• Follow up with recruiters and students for placement updates.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure students meet industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Fresher or prior internship experience in placement coordination, HR, or career counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
