Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a Weekly basis. • Maintain payroll records and ensure all employee changes are accurately reflected. • Calculate and process overtime payments. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws. • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for Finance and HR departments. • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly. • Collaborate with HR on employee benefits, leave tracking, and compensation changes. • Answer payroll-related inquiries from employees and external agencies.
