Job Description

Job Title: HR Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage salary structures, deductions, incentives, arrears, and reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity)
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports, payslips, and payroll MIS
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and audits

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS data
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities (offer letters, joining docs, F&F settlements)
  • Manage employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies
  • Support performance management, confirmations, and appraisals
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs

Compliance & Coordination

  • Liaise with statutory bodies and consultants
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
