Job Description

Executive / Senior Executive HR Payroll

Department: Human Resources Payroll & Compliance

accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and timely resolution of employee payroll queries

Key Responsibilities

1

Assist in
monthly payroll processing
for permanent, contract, and trainee employees.
Process salary components including:

Basic wages, allowances
Overtime, shift allowance, incentives
Leave adjustments, arrears, deductions

Validate payroll inputs from attendance, shift rosters, and overtime records.

2. Attendance & Time Office Coordination

Coordinate with
Time Office / Production teams
for attendance and shift data.
Verify biometric attendance, overtime hours, and leave records.
Ensure accurate payroll input cut-off adherence.

3. HRMS & Payroll System Updates

Maintain employee master data in HRMS / payroll systems.
Update salary revisions, promotions, transfers, and separations.
Support payroll reconciliation and error correction.

4. Employee Query Handling

Address employee payroll-related queries (salary slips, deductions, attendance issues).
Coordinate with HR operations and finance for timely resolution.
Maintain query logs and ensure closure within defined TAT.

5. MIS & Documentation

Prepare basic payroll MIS and reports as required.
Maintain payroll records, supporting documents, and audit files.
Assist during internal and statutory audits.
