PREPARING COMPARATIVE STATEMENT FOR SELECTION OF RIGHT VENDOR 4. PREPARING POS IN ERP, POST APPROVAL FROM HOD 5. FOLLOW UP WITH VENDORS FOR TIMELY DELIVERY OF MATERIAL 6. SUBMISSION OF INVOICES TO ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AFTER GRN 7. HANDLING PURCHASE RETURNS & SHORT RECEIPTS FROM VENDOR 8. FILING THE DOCUMENTS IN PROPER MANNER 9. PREPERATION OF DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY REPORTS AND SUBMITTING TO HOD 10. MAINTENANCE VENDORS FOLLOW UP EXPERIENCE IN ERP IS MANDATORY VISIT TO MARKET PLACE IF NECESSARY Preferred candidate profile
