HR Partner

As the HR Partner, you will be a key member of the HR function, supporting our office and leadership in Gurgaon and playing a crucial role in building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Role and responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Onboarding new employees, including facilitating orientation programs and preparing relevant documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
• Supporting HR initiatives like employee engagement, performance management, compliance management, benefits administration and training programs.
• Handling employee inquiries and guiding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
