Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Analyst HR Operations to support end-to-end HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and delivering a seamless employee experience across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Induction: Act as the first point of contact for new hires, handling onboarding (pre/post joining), background verification, documentation, HRMS setup, payroll inputs, and orientation sessions, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for a smooth experience.
  • Employee Data & Movement Management: Maintain HR dashboards and trackers, manage confirmations, promotions, contract conversions, and issue HR-related letters. Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and audits.
  • Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support: Handle attendance cycles, leave management, payroll inputs (including CTC changes, bonuses, LoPs), and vendor coordination for benefits like Sodexo/Zaggle.
  • Employee Benefits & Engagement: Coordinate benefits (insurance, maternity support, congratulatory notes), maintain engagement initiatives, and respond to employee policy/benefit queries.
  • Exit Management: Manage the full separation process, including clearances, asset returns, payroll settlement inputs, and issuing experience/relieving letters within timelines. Maintain records for absconding cases.
  • Overall, this is a comprehensive HR generalist role requiring strong coordination, documentation, compliance tracking, and end-to-end ownership of employee lifecycle processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Google Suite, MS Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with proactive follow-up skills.
