Job Description

As a mid-level HR professional in Jaipur, you are expected to possess a Post-Graduate Degree in HR as a mandatory qualification. Your role will involve hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards, proficiency in HRMS, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, expertise in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, you should have 2-5 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles and Employee Relations. Your responsibilities will include conducting or acquiring background checks and employment eligibility verifications, preparing paperwork and facilitating smooth new hire onboarding processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless first-day experience for new employees. You will also conduct employee onboarding, organize training & development initiatives, provide support to employees on HR-related topics like leaves and compensation, and resolve any arising issues. Maintaining employee files and records in both electronic and paper form, assisting in the communication and interpretation of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, as well as contributing to policy development are crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for monitoring internal HR systems and databases, recommending new software for personnel needs, completing HR operational requirements, and utilizing HRMS and Recruitment Marketing tools. This is a full-time on-site position in Jaipur, offering a salary commensurate with your experience and skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.,
