Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
  • Provide support to the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information and perform data entry tasks as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate (MBA) with no prior work experience required.
  • Strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
