IDEMIA is a global leader in identity technologies, empowering trusted interactions across the physical and digital world. We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Executive to support key HR processes and ensure seamless employee experiences.

Role Overview:

As an HR Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations including salary inputs, attendance management, HR MIS reporting, and employee engagement activities. This is a hands-on role for someone looking to grow in core HR operational functions in a fast-paced and high-compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Salary Processing

  • Compile and verify monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
  • Liaise with the payroll vendor/finance team for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Resolve employee payroll-related queries and support tax and compliance documentation.

2. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor and maintain attendance records using biometric and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure timely leave reconciliations and coordinate with department heads for approvals.
  • Track absenteeism, late arrivals, and generate monthly attendance reports.

3. HR MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reports (headcount, attrition, joining, etc.).
  • Provide HR data support during audits, management reviews, and statutory filings.

4. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, team events, and HR communication drives.
  • Support internal surveys and employee feedback collection for workplace improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for recognition, festival celebrations, and CSR initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant HR operations experience.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People) and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
