HR Operations Associate II

As a member of the People Operations team in India, your role involves supporting the development, maintenance, and reinforcement of HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines. Your strong foundation in HR processes, compliance, and proactive mindset will be essential for driving policy awareness and adherence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines. - Support policy benchmarking by researching industry trends, best practices, and evolving labor laws. - Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies by collaborating with stakeholders. - Drive policy awareness through initiatives like floor connects, HR helpdesks, awareness sessions, quizzes, and internal communications. - Coordinate policy and benefits audits to ensure consistency and compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA Degree - 2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, policy management, or HR compliance - Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance in India - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools; exposure to HRIS (e.g., Dayforce) is a plus - High attention to detail, structured approach to work, and ability to manage multiple priorities - Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed organization - Collaborative, service-oriented, and discreet with sensitive information - Reliable, timely, and flexible - Flexibility to support a diverse, international set of stakeholders.
