HR Operations Associate II

Role Overview: As a member of the Global People Operations Team at Zinnia, you will play a vital role in providing HR support throughout the team member life cycle for North America and other regions. Your primary focus will be on HR Operations to ensure that all formal employment conditions and documentation are accurately maintained for our team members. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and maintain team member data in the HR system - Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards for personnel files - Support new hire onboarding process - Manage team member and contractor offboarding - Assist with various team member requests such as letters, verifications, and reference checks - Generate reports for team member distribution lists and milestones - Monitor team members" probationary periods - Manage team member queries mailbox - Provide general support to the People team Qualification Required: - Hold an MBA degree - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Knowledge of Dayforce - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in professional services or multinational companies - Ideally have experience in Global HR Operations or HR Shared Services Additional Company Details: Zinnia is a leading technology platform in the insurance industry, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment.
