Key Requirements: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) Experience in HR operations (strictly no recruitment background) Hands-on experience working with large volumes of HR data. Good understanding of HRMS systems (PeopleSoft experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities Good stakeholder and time management skills Required bachelor's degree. (BBA, BCom, BSC, Engineering) Interview Process: 3 Rounds (includes 1 advanced Excel test)
