Role Overview

As an HR MIS executive at Infinity L earn, you’ll be the guardian of all HR data—be it system data, dashboards, or metrics reports. Your mission: translate raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for leadership and HR partners to support strategic people decisions.

Key Responsibilities

**HR Database & MIS Management**
Maintain employee data integrity across HRIS modules—onboarding, attrition, performance, engagement, etc. Ensure reliable data for MIS outputs.
Reporting & Dashboards
Build scheduled and ad-hoc MIS reports (headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline, diversity, payroll); develop PowerBI/Excel dashboards summarizing HR trends.
Data-Driven Strategy
Analyze metrics (e.g., attrition patterns, HR-to-hiring ratios); deliver insights to business and HR teams to shape policies.
Support HR Partners
Collaborate closely with HRBPs and IT to maintain system integrations, troubleshoot data issues, and recommend process improvements. Help roll out tools and train stakeholders on data usage.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to data protection standards (e.g., GDPR/India Privacy laws). Document MIS processes, SLAs, and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Stats, or equivalent.
Experience:
2–5 years in HR analytics, MIS, HRIS, preferably in edtech or high-growth environments.
Technical:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), PowerBI or Tableau, familiarity with HRIS (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and basic SQL.
Analytical Acumen:
High attention to detail; strong grasp of metrics interpretation.
Communication:
Ability to present complex data simply to HR and business stakeholders.
