1. Payroll Administration - Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Collate and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data from Keka HRIS. - Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and statutory compliance. - Maintain payroll records and address employee salary-related queries.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including document collection and verification. - Prepare and share welcome kits, ID cards, and system credentials for new hires. - Conduct HR orientation sessions for new employees. - Support exit process including clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
3. Employee Query Management - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (leave policy, payroll, benefits,
etc.). - Resolve queries within defined SLAs or escalate as necessary. - Maintain a query log for tracking and process improvement.
4. HRIS (Keka) Administration - Maintain and update employee records on Keka HRIS. - Generate reports on attendance, leave balances, payroll, and other HR metrics. - Assist in HRIS troubleshooting and liaise with Keka support if required.
5. General HR Operations - Maintain personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data
protection laws. - Assist in HR compliance activities including PF, ESIC, and other statutory filings. - Support HR team in engagement activities and HR projects as required.
