Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Operations Manager located in Gurgaon. The HR Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations, manage HR policies, ensure compliance, and handle employee relations. The role involves conducting performance reviews, managing recruitment processes, and supporting training and development programs. The manager will also liaise with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless operational environment for the organization.

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Operations, and HR Management
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in a managerial HR role is a plus
