• Responsible for ensuring Recruitment as per the approved Manpower plan
• Ensuring compliance to labour related state govt. legal and statutory requirements
• Responsible for planning and executing unit level learning and development initiatives
• Responsible for executing employee welfare activities at the plant
• Responsible for executing all HR processes at the plant
• Responsible adherence of PMS process and quality thereto at unit level
• Responsible for facilitating employee engagement studies, Action plan follow-up
• Responsible for conducting GET,PAT,ET s periodical reviews and confirmation process
• Responsible for executing Best Practices of HR process
• Responsible for Separation process for leaving employees
• Responsible for unit level Admin services execution
• Responsible for contributing to business HR initiatives
