Experience: Minimum 4+ Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer – Generalist with strong exposure to all core HR functions. The candidate must have prior experience handling end-to-end HR generalist activities including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete HR Generalist operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Support performance management, employee relations, and training coordination.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.

Key Skills:

• Must have hands-on HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS software
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
