Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and objectives
Handle and Managing recruitment posting including resumescreening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks and police verification process
Work closely with the Hiring leaders to close the positions
Coordinate all rounds of interviews; provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner
Conduct joining formalities
Follow school protocols diligently
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Candidate must have good communication skills
2 to 5 of HR/ recruitment experience in the education industry is preferred
Strong work ethics
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
Post-graduation in HR or people function discipline
Cold calling skills, networking skills and being able to extend work as per the need
Must be able to work under pressure Only local candidates are needed
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
Background verification will be carried out for the selected candidate
