Job Title: Internal HR Location: Kalyan Age: 21-30 years Job Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Internal Recruitment Only: Recruit recruiters and other support staff for internal office roles. Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out. Maintain a hiring tracker and ensure timely closure of positions. Onboarding & Induction: Manage the joining formalities of new employees. Conduct induction sessions to familiarize them with company policies, roles, and processes. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires. HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare basic HR reports. Coordinate internal training and employee engagement activities. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and processes are followed within the office. Assist in basic compliance, payroll inputs, and coordination with the accounts or compliance team. Keep HR practices updated as per company and statutory norms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Experience in a manpower/staffing company is preferred.
