Position: HR

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1.5 YR to 3YR

•       Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to making job offers.

•       Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

•       Sick and leave hours administration and employee retention.

•       Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

•       Coordinate with different departments to provide necessary training and resources.

•       Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.

•       Assist in setting performance goals and objectives.

•       Provide feedback and guidance to employees on performance improvement.

•       Maintain and update employee records.

•       Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.

•       Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

•       Support employee development initiatives.

•       Track and report on training outcomes.

•       Administer employee benefits programs.

•       Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

•       Collaborate with external vendors for benefits administration.

•       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•       1 to 2 years of experience in HR roles.

•       Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•       Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
