HR

We are looking for an HR professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be involved in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation, helping ensure smooth HR functioning in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records and employee files, generating HR reports as needed.
• Support employee relations: assist employees with queries, help resolve issues, promote good communication.
• Help in performance management, training & development, and organizing learning programs.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and statutory requirements.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar environment.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in HR tools / MS Office (especially Excel) etc.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, stay professional under pressure and work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
