Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs for seamless integration into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and marketing teams as needed.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices is required.
