HR Manager

Role Overview: As the HR Manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing the recruitment process, which includes creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Acting as a liaison between management and employees, you will address demands, grievances, and other issues to foster healthy relations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the business strategy - Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees - Act as a bridge between management and employees to address demands, grievances, and other issues - Support current and future business needs by focusing on the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital - Administer compensation and benefit plans to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with statutory requirements - Create a positive working environment through effective employee relations practices and activities - Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management by staying up-to-date with legal requirements at federal, state, and local levels Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role - Knowledge of HR functions and best practices - Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Certification in HR management is a plus Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
