Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our newly established manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing PF, ESIC, payroll, and attendance systems , and must be familiar with statutory HR compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage PF and ESIC registrations, deductions, and submissions Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain accuracy Monitor and manage daily attendance and leave records Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date Coordinate with finance and compliance departments Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies Support hiring and onboarding processes as needed Requirements: Minimum 4–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup In-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, and HR compliance Proficiency in Excel and HR software/tools Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a startup environment Interested candidates may share their updated CV at +91 9999160772 .
