Job Title: HR Manager-1 (Male or Female)

Location: [Padavala Rajkot]

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Oversee on boarding and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote company values.
• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management

• Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms.
• Assist in setting employee goals and career development plans.
• Work with management to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Develop and manage competitive salary and benefits programs.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

6. HR Policies & Compliance

• Develop and update HR policies and ensure company compliance.
• Stay updated with labour laws and ensure legal adherence.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and terminations professionally.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain HR records and analyze workforce data for decision-making.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and retention.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
