HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (Sales, Operations & Support roles)
  • Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance resolution
  • Drive performance management, appraisals, and PIP where needed
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws & statutory requirements
  • Oversee payroll coordination and employee benefits
  • Implement training & development programs
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Requirements:

  • MBA/PG in HR preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience (Travel/Hospitality/Service industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
