HR Generalist – Travel Industry (Full-Time)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (Sales, Operations & Support roles)
• Assist in employee relations, engagement activities & grievance handling
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws & statutory compliances
• Coordinate payroll process & employee benefits
• Contribute to training & development initiatives
• Collaborate with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

✅ Requirements

• MBA/PG in HR (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
• Experience in Travel/Hospitality/Service industry (preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR processes & labor laws
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
