Job description
Academic Head should devise plans to implement training as per designed curriculum, identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that delivers successful business outcomes. Have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education. Include enhancing employees skills, performance, productivity and quality of work

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training approach.
  • Deploying a different variety of training methods for specified needs and outcomes.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with faculty and department head.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Making Student Placement ready and handing it over to the TnP team.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Experience

  • Must have proven work experience as a training manager.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e- learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
  • Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
  • Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.
  • Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
  • Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.

Must-Have:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles.
  • Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments.
  • Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth.
  • Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
