Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations, especially in handling labor unions, and be fluent in both English and Gujarati.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR operations at the plant level, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle union relations and negotiations effectively.
• Maintain harmonious industrial relations and act as the point of contact between management and workforce.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting as per statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with corporate HR and senior leadership for HR strategy implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in union handling.
• Proven track record in labor law compliance and industrial relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Gujarati is mandatory.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
